Nadège Petit

Nadège is the Chief Innovation Officer of Schneider Electric and a member of its Global Executive Committee. Nadège oversees Schneider Electric’s external innovation activities, including its corporate venture arm, SE Ventures, as well as its incubations, partnerships, joint ventures, and Prosumer businesses.

Nadège joined Schneider Electric in 2004 and has held various operational and management positions in Europe, Russia, and Hong Kong including Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, and most recently, Executive Vice President for the global Power Products division. Since 2021, Nadège has been a member of the Board of Directors of AlphaStruxure, GreenStruxure, Uplight, Qmerit, EnergySage, EVConnect, Digital Grid and AutoGrid. In May 2023, Nadège became a member of the supervisory board of E.ON SE, serving as a member of their Innovation and Sustainability Committee.
