After starting his career for 7 years as a Management Consultant, Jean-Marc Zola has held several positions within Schneider Electric since 1998. Most recently, he was appointed to lead the global business for Building segments- Retail, Healthcare, Real Estate and Hotels. He is very excited to lead this business, especially in the current environmental context. Jean-Marc believes that buildings have a crucial role in addressing the climate crisis, and the key is the widespread adoption of electric and digital technologies. Jean-Marc has a passion for identifying and solving customer pain points, and developing the competencies of his team so that they can deliver their best. From a personal standpoint, he enjoys sport – primarily running, tennis and skiing – and he has a passion for discovering new cultures with his family.
