Philippe Arsonneau is the Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Segments and a key member of Schneider Electric’s Global Power Systems leadership team. Appointed in January 2025, he leads the Power and Grid, Mobility, and Semiconductor Segments, with a mission to integrate them into a cohesive structure that accelerates the energy transition. His strategic focus is on aligning business priorities and ensuring a balanced development between hardware and software to deliver sustainable growth.
Since joining Schneider in 1991, Philippe brings over 30 years of international experience and has held a wide array of leadership roles across Asia, Europe, Middle East and the United States. Prior to his current role, Philippe was Senior Vice President of the Global Services Line of Business, where he unified Schneider Electric’s Field Services portfolio driving innovation and digitization across lifecycle solutions.
Philippe holds an MBA in Marketing from Grenoble School of Management and a Master’s degree in Engineering from Grenoble Institute of Technology. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a French Foreign Trade Advisor in Singapore, officially appointed by the French government, and serves on the board of the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
