Vincent Minier
Vincent Minier is Vice-President of Global Strategy Prospective and External Affairs at Schneider Electric. Over a 25-year career at the company, he has held different positions at both the operations and global level pertaining to: strategy, business development, and corporate innovation.
An energy expert, Vincent is heavily involved with several international organizations, think tanks, and leading industry associations focused on energy transitions. In September 2021, Vincent joined the World Economic Forum as a Materials, Energy, and Infrastructure Platform Fellow. In this role, he contributes to the shaping of the WEF’s Net-Zero Carbon Cities initiative and leads the design of new supporting tools for facilitating the decarbonization investments in cities. Dr. Minier is also a member of the Board of SmartEn.
Vincent holds a Doctor of Science in Optoelectronics, and an Engineering Degree in Physics from the National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble (France), and has completed an Executive Education program in Finance at INSEAD.
