Thierry Tricot

Thierry Tricot has been Schneider Electric’s Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain Europe since November 2022, leading operations and the transformation of manufacturing and distribution, with end-to-end supply chain responsibility covering safety, quality, digital, customer satisfaction, procurement, upstream and downstream supply chain, fabrication and assembly.

With 16 years at Schneider Electric, based in Germany, he has led global teams across Equipment and Transformers Supply Chain, Quality and Supply Chain Strategy for the Energy Business, driving transformation, profitable growth and customer satisfaction. A leader with strong international exposure, he has a proven track record in turning around businesses in fast-changing, competitive environments, with a passion for individual and team coaching and catalyst leadership.

Previously, Thierry held senior roles at Alstom and Areva, and led the design, implementation and operation of the ETO delivery model following the acquisition by Schneider Electric. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from École Centrale de Lyon. He is serving as administrator and board Chairman of several Schneider Electric entities in Europe, and he actively supports the sport and professional development of women handball talents in Bavaria.
