Michael has over 30 years of experience in the process and automation industry. In his current role as EcoStruxure Foxboro DCS Leader, he is responsible for leading a team of offer managers focused on defining and bringing to market the innovative, value enabling DCS technologies of the future. Throughout his career he has worked in many roles including digital transformation consulting manager, modernization consultant, industrial automation cybersecurity consultant, alarm management consultant, auditor, project manager, engineering manager, process designer, organizational consultant and control system specialist. Michael’s education includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Texas at Austin, and is trained as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Lead ISO Quality Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt and a Birkman (organizational / individual profiling) consultant. He has spent his career studying process performance and the factors that contribute to successful process and manufacturing based organizations.
