Michael’s education includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Texas at Austin, and is trained as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Lead ISO Quality Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt and a Birkman (organizational / individual profiling) consultant. He has spent his career studying process performance and the factors that contribute to successful process and manufacturing based organizations.
