Hichem Bouafoura is leading the digital transformation for Schneider Electric Services business, with the objective to simplify the experience or customers, service partners, and Schneider electric services teams. After a first experience as field service engineer in the semiconductor industry, he joined Schneider in 2006 and since then led several transformation programs: in the areas of technical support, customer satisfaction & quality and services. His latest achievement was to implement a set of processes and analytics to manage customers installed base information, anticipate risks on operations and mitigate them with the relevant maintenance strategy.
