Elma Andres has been in Schneider Electric Iberia since 2015 in Industrial Automation BU. She took part in the Drives University class of 2016 receiving full-time training in France, Austria, and Germany. The content was oriented for technical knowledge in Drives but also there were Marketing & Business training, fieldwork, and researches.
