Elma Andres has been in Schneider Electric Iberia since 2015 in Industrial Automation BU. She took part in the Drives University class of 2016 receiving full-time training in France, Austria, and Germany. The content was oriented for technical knowledge in Drives but also there were Marketing & Business training, fieldwork, and researches. Afterward, she worked in Iberia as System Architecture Engineer for OEMs and moved into the role of Industrial Software Country Leader for AVEVA software. Today she is based in France taking the role of Category Manager for Machine Solutions developing its business with the approach in products, functions, and solutions, mainly for OEMs. Elma holds BSc Industrial Electronic Engineering and BSc Mechanical Engineering and continued his education with an MSc of Science in Project Management.
