I've come to the world of Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organisation Development and Coaching through a journey that has included various experiences in Applied Psychology, Design and Leadership Consulting. Today, I specialise in creating and driving strategic initiatives that support organisational transformation - whether through small groups of high potential talent or through large scale, organisation-wide change management.

Beyond work, I dabble in classical music, traveling in the mountains, a bit of cooking and lot of reading!
