Sielen Namdar is an industry executive with more than two decades of experience leading high‑impact strategies that accelerate the digital transformation of critical infrastructure. As Schneider Electric’s Head of the Water & Environment Segment for the US, she spearheads long‑term growth initiatives for the municipal and industrial water sectors, advancing solutions that optimize, secure, and future‑proof the nation’s most vital water systems. Her work focuses on scaling integrated digital platforms, forging strategic partnerships, and driving cross‑sector collaboration to strengthen resilience and sustainability across the water ecosystem.
Before joining Schneider Electric, Sielen served as Cisco’s Global Head of Sustainability for Industries, where she led strategy across 11 sectors and established Cisco’s first global digital water business. Previously, she spent 20 years at Jacobs as Global Senior Director of Strategic Sales and Co‑founder of the firm’s Smart Cities Initiative—roles that deepened her expertise at the intersection of infrastructure, technology, and community impact.
Sielen is also an Independent Board Director for Parametrix, an engineering and planning company focused on building resilient communities of the future. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington.
