Under his leadership, Motivair continues to advance its direct liquid cooling and thermal management solutions—critical technologies that power the 4th Industrial Revolution and Artificial Intelligence. A graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a focus on heat transfer, Rich also contributed to the development of Motivair’s patented Dynamic® Cold Plate. By blending deep technical expertise with executive leadership, he ensures Motivair remains at the forefront of next-generation computing.
