As CEO of Motivair, Rich oversees global operations and business development while driving operational excellence, strengthening the company’s competitive position, and setting its strategic direction. Under his leadership, Motivair continues to advance its direct liquid cooling and thermal management solutions—critical technologies that power the 4th Industrial Revolution and Artificial Intelligence. A graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a focus on heat transfer, Rich also contributed to the development of Motivair’s patented Dynamic® Cold Plate. By blending deep technical expertise with executive leadership, he ensures Motivair remains at the forefront of next-generation computing.
