Pratul Jindal

Pratul Jindal is Vice President, Digital Customer Relationship Delivery at Schneider Electric, where he leads the company's global technology centers. In this role, he oversees the delivery and evolution of business-critical digital platforms and capabilities that power customer engagement, sales, marketing, service, and digital experience across the enterprise.  

Over the course of his 23-year career with Schneider Electric, Pratul has built a strong reputation for driving business value through innovation, operational excellence, and large-scale transformation initiatives. His deep understanding of the company's business, customers, and digital landscape enables him to bridge technology and strategy, delivering modern solutions that enhance efficiency, accelerate business outcomes, and create exceptional customer and employee experiences.

Pratul graduated from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Tripura, and Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology.
