His career has spanned leadership roles in business units, regional HR for Central and Eastern Europe, and HR oversight for Schneider’s European manufacturing and distribution operations.
In 2021, Michael took on the leadership of the Future Ready Program, where he spearheaded the Senior Talent Program—a global initiative designed to empower experienced employees through career development, upskilling, coaching, reverse mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
