Prior to that, he was Vice President of Product Marketing for Power Products Europe & International, leading offer development, management, and business development across a wide range of applications, from data centers and healthcare to distribution and motor control switchboards. Prior to this position he held positions in Services, Sales, and Product Marketing.
Matteo has an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy. This combination of engineering expertise and business education continues to guide his leadership, linking technical excellence with strategic growth. He's passionate about technology, developing talents, and change management.
