Luc Hossenlopp is a seasoned technology leader and Edison Level 3 expert with over three decades of experience in the energy and automation sectors. He began his career in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) industry, where he spent 20 years developing signal processing and real-time automation systems. Following the acquisition of Areva, Luc joined Schneider Electric in 2010.
At Schneider Electric, he initially led R&D and marketing for protection and control solutions in substation automation. His deep technical expertise and strategic vision propelled him to the role of Chief Technology Officer for the Energy Business Unit, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s innovation roadmap.
Luc later contributed to Schneider Electric’s service strategy and was instrumental in launching its digital services initiative. Currently, he focuses on advancing sustainability within the Digital Energy Business Unit, driving initiatives that align digital innovation with environmental responsibility.
