Callie leads Schneider Electric’s Industrial Automation Advisory Services team, which delivers end-to-end industrial digital transformation services for customers worldwide, prioritizing asset value creation, operational excellence, and OT resilience.
Callie comes with 15+ years of strategy & transformation experience across the energy, software, and industrial sectors. She has spent the past five years at Schneider Electric in various leadership roles driving growth strategy and business transformation, product management, and commercial excellence. Previously, she was a management consultant at AlixPartners, focused on performance improvement in the high-tech and media industries. Callie holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from INSEAD.
