Kapila Mehta

Kapila Mehta has more than 20 years of cross-geography experience helping organizations navigate the rapidly evolving worlds of electrification, AI, digital infrastructure, and sustainable growth. As Vice President, Low Voltage Equipment, NAM, at Schneider Electric and ASCO Global, she works closely with customers and partners to deliver innovative power solutions that enhance resilience and accelerate digital transformation.

Drawing on experience spanning product management, business strategy, sustainability, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise transformation, Kapila helps organizations solve complex infrastructure challenges while preparing for the future. She has led sustainability initiatives for a €6B global business, developed circular economy business models, and driven strategic growth across global markets. Her focus is on helping customers turn emerging technologies into practical business outcomes through resilient, scalable, and sustainable infrastructure.

In addition to her corporate role, Kapila serves as Global Chair of the Global Council for Circular Economy & Future of Business (GCCEFB). She is a graduate of the MIT Chief Sustainability Officer Program, co-author of a book on the circular economy, and an inventor on multiple patents in electrical and digital systems.
