She has led sustainability initiatives for a €6B global business, developed circular economy business models, and driven strategic growth across global markets. Her focus is on helping customers turn emerging technologies into practical business outcomes through resilient, scalable, and sustainable infrastructure.

In addition to her corporate role, Kapila serves as Global Chair of the Global Council for Circular Economy & Future of Business (GCCEFB). She is a graduate of the MIT Chief Sustainability Officer Program, co-author of a book on the circular economy, and an inventor on multiple patents in electrical and digital systems.
