Florent Berard

Florent joined Schneider Electric in 2013 as a Financial Analyst. Over the past ten years, he has led multicultural teams in business finance, integration, and partnerships across various parts of the world: North America, Europe, the Middle East, and East Asia. In his current role, Florent is leading Innovation, product marketing and R&D while driving Sustainability Transformation in Europe for Schneider Home & Distribution. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Florent spent several years with the Boston Consulting Group and Natixis Global Asset Management as a consultant and financial analyst. Florent holds a Master's degree in Econometrics and Economics and lives in Paris with his family. Florent’s goal is to create a lasting impact by pushing for progress, driving change together with others. He aspires to keep a legacy alive of assisting others and helping them grow by being trustworthy.
