Chris Hanley is Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales Enablement for Schneider Electric’s IT Business.
In 2007 Schneider Electric acquired APC and formed the IT Business, which includes the APC brand.
In 2010 the IT Business reported revenue of €2.6 billion with more than 12,000 employees worldwide. Schneider Electric, with 110,000 employees and operations in 190 countries, had 2010 annual sales of €19.6 billion.
Chris is responsible for leading our global go-to-market strategy, marketing communications, data center software business, and global sales processes, consisting of sales enablement, pricing management, training development, sales operations, and channel and program management.

Chris brings over 15 years of channel and end-user sales and marketing experience to the position. Chris first joined APC in 1997 and has held several leadership positions in sales, management, and operations within North America and globally.

Chris was appointed Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales Process in September 2008. Prior to this position, Chris served as the Vice President, North American Commercial Operations. In this role, Chris was responsible for the identification and development of key profitable growth initiatives for the North American region. He managed a team responsible for sales operations and training, as well as led APC's high growth sales overlay teams including: service, software, large systems, construction, facilities and engineering.
Chris holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston College.
