Bryan Stevens has over 10 years of experience within Schneider Electric in a variety of sales, operations, strategy, and leadership positions. While staying focused on improving the customer’s experience, Bryan brings a passion for understanding new markets and business models and driving change to capitalize on those opportunities through collaboration, creativity, and leadership.
In 2013, Bryan took on his current position as the Director of Segment Management for the newly formed Service Provider segment. He is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and tactics to effectively manage and grow the Datacenter Service Provider Segment (MTDC, Strategic IT/Cloud and Telco Accounts). This requires in depth knowledge of the market trends and influence, the segments customers, and ability to drive organizational alignment for the requirements of the segment (go to market strategy, offer improvement, value proposition and marketing, execution, and operational support).
Prior to this role, he served as the Director, Commercial Operations for the North America Region of the IT Business for four years. Within that role, he was able to build a mature business operations team (sales, service, and marketing) to drive implement, execute, monitor, and improve the datacenter resource coverage model, sales approach, compensation, and commissions programs.

Bryan has his bachelor’s degree from Bates College with a major in Physics and a minor in Mathematics and resides in Southern Rhode Island with his wife and daughter.
