Anilesh Kaduthanum holds a Bachelor’s degree in EEE from Mysore University. With over 25 years of experience in the field of LV switchgear, Anilesh has multiple papers, case studies, and 2 patents in his name.
Having worked with organizations like L&T and Schneider Electric, Anilesh has handled various projects covering switchgear, control gears, switchboards, fuses, and microgrid inverters for design & certifications.
Anilesh is a member of the BIS ET07 technical committee and represents IEC SC23E WG1 and WG2 as an expert from India. He has been deeply involved in driving the Aluminum Task Force set up under SC121A WG2, which was instrumental in developing and proposing the introduction of usage of aluminum conductors as an alternate of copper inside IEC 60947 series of standard. Anilesh meets with various consultants, partners, and specifiers to showcase the importance of compliance to Indian/International Standards and the safety benefits it brings to the end customers.
Additionally, he is a certified internal auditor for ISO 17025, a certified ASTA Observer, and a recognized Expert under the Schneider Electric Electrifier Program.
In his current role, Anilesh is responsible for conformity assessment for New Energy Landscape solutions from Schneider Electric globally. His passions include venturing into new technologies driving LV protection products and standardization.
