It’s always an incredible honor when members of the Schneider Electric team who continuously contribute innovation and dedication to the EcoXpert™ Partner Program are recognized for their efforts. We are delighted to announce that a member on the EcoXpert team has been named to the 2020 list of 100 Rising Female Stars from CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company. Congratulations to Nermine Marwan, EcoXpert Digital Operations Manager, for being selected by the CRN® editorial team to receive this extraordinary award.

This new and exclusive list identifies extraordinary women who are helping to shape the future of the IT channel through their dedication, hard work, and innovation, positioning themselves as leaders and helping their organizations succeed.

The 100 Rising Female Stars list is making its debut with devoted female channel leadership recipients. The list’s final honorees are chosen based on their demonstrated leadership, expertise, innovation, and ongoing dedication to the IT channel. Each talented woman named to the list contributes to the development and strategies of their organization’s channel partner programs and exude excellence in areas such as partner engagement, program management, and marketing.

To name just a few of the countless successes Nermine has accomplished so far for the EcoXpert program, she was instrumental in launching the EcoXpert Digital Channel Management Tool (EDCM), designed to allow the channel team to manage local partners effectively and seamlessly. She also helps highlight progress and identify gaps through several reporting dashboards.

We’re proud to say the 100 Rising Female Stars isn’t the first award the EcoXpert program has received this year. The program was also recognized in CRN’s 2020 Partner Program Guide as a 5-star program for the fourth consecutive year for committed to helping partners differentiate, increase profitability, and drive business partner growth. In addition, myself and Alexis Hart of the EcoXpert Partner Program were named to the prestigious 2020 Women of the Channel list for contributions to channel advocacy, channel growth, and visionary leadership. Congratulations again to Alexis Hart for her hard work. It is an honor to have received this recognition alongside Alexis.
