As HR interns supporting Schneider Electric’s Boston, Andover, and Raleigh offices, we’ve had the unique opportunity to connect with fellow interns across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico—and we’ve been inspired. From unique career paths to impactful projects, our peers are contributing to meaningful work that supports Schneider Electric’s mission of efficiency and innovation.
In honor of #NationalInternDay2025 (celebrated on July 31), we’re spotlighting the energy, creativity, and dedication that interns bring to our organization. Representing more than 120 universities and 50+ locations, our intern community is a powerful force of fresh ideas and future leaders.
Whether working in-person or hybrid across hubs, plants, and field sites, our interns are helping shape the future of Schneider Electric. Beyond their day-to-day roles, they come together weekly to network, build community, and explore future opportunities within the company.

Kripa, Marketing Intern (Canada)

Based in Ontario, Kripa is supporting strategic initiatives as a Marketing Intern for Schneider Electric’s Services Business Unit. She contributes to campaign planning, market research, and content development—helping drive customer engagement and visibility for Schneider’s service offerings.
Kripa brings creativity and a strong attention to detail to her role, blending analytical thinking with a passion for the arts to support impactful marketing strategies.

Aqsa, Data Analyst Intern (United States)
🎓: Pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration
Fun Fact: She’s trilingual and loves spending time with her cat!
Based at the Hub office in Raleigh, North Carolina, Aqsa is supporting data-driven initiatives as a Data Analyst Intern with Schneider Electric’s Home and Distribution Division. She works alongside cross-functional teams to analyze trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making that enhances operational efficiency.

Maggie, Manufacturing Engineering Intern (United States)
🎓 Studying Industrial Engineering with a minor in French Studies
Fun Fact: She began learning French at the age of five through a French Immersion program and continues to embrace her passion for language alongside her engineering studies!
Based in South Carolina, Maggie is gaining hands-on experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern. She supports engineering teams in streamlining production processes and enhancing operational efficiency—contributing to projects that improve product quality and sustainability.

Noah, Manufacturing Engineering Intern (United States)
🎓 Studying Electrical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration
Fun Fact: He served four years in the United States Marine Corps, working in over 10 countries!
Based in South Carolina, Noah is gaining hands-on experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern. This summer, he is focused on redesigning the Tribble Center—a work program for adults with special needs—to enhance safety, efficiency, and visual appeal.
With a background in the U.S. Marine Corps, Noah brings a unique perspective, strong leadership skills, and adaptability to his role. His commitment to service and innovation is making a meaningful impact on Schneider Electric’s mission to create inclusive, efficient, and sustainable manufacturing environments.

Macha, Global Marketing Intern (United States)
🎓: Obtaining her Master’s in Business
Fun Fact: Macha plays the violin and has won international competitions!
Based in the Boston, Massachusetts office, Macha is contributing to Schneider Electric’s Industrial Automation business as a Global Marketing Intern. She supports global campaigns, helps develop marketing strategies, and brings a fresh, international perspective to the team. Her work focuses on enhancing brand visibility and aligning messaging across global markets.
Originally from France, Macha is excited to bring her creativity and global mindset to Schneider Electric this summer—combining her passion for storytelling with impactful marketing initiatives.

Tiffany, Electrical Engineering Intern (United States)

Based at Schneider Electric’s Modular Data Center in Ohio, Tiffany is gaining hands-on experience as an Electrical Engineering Intern. She supports engineering teams in designing and optimizing modular data center solutions—contributing to projects that enhance energy efficiency and system reliability.
As a first-generation college student, Tiffany brings determination, creativity, and a strong work ethic to her role—making a meaningful impact on the team and Schneider Electric’s mission.

Mudit, Rotational Intern in Digital Buildings, (United States)

Based in Texas, Mudit Upadhyay is gaining hands-on experience in smart building technology as a Rotational Intern with Schneider Electric’s Digital Buildings division. He contributes to building automation projects that enhance energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and operational intelligence.
Mudit brings a passion for AI, robotics, and digital innovation to his work—helping Schneider Electric create smarter, more sustainable buildings. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors.

Darain, Application Engineering Intern (United States)

Working out of the Raleigh, North Carolina Hub, Darain supports the development of customized electrical solutions as an Application Engineering Intern at Schneider Electric. He collaborates with engineering teams to analyze technical specs, assist in system design, and help deliver efficient, reliable energy solutions.
Outside of work, Darain enjoys staying active and spending time with loved ones—bringing the same energy and focus to his projects as he does to his personal life.

Ethan, Manufacturing Engineering Intern (United States)
🎓 Aerospace Engineering Major
Fun Fact: He’s been to eight concerts!
Based in South Carolina, Ethan supports process improvement on the manufacturing floor as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Schneider Electric. He works with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, implement lean principles, and troubleshoot technical challenges—contributing to greater efficiency and quality.
Outside of work, Ethan brings the same energy and enthusiasm to his projects as he does to his love for live music.

Elise, Contract Analysis Intern (United States)
🎓 Law Student, B.S. & M.S. in Hospitality Management
Fun Fact: Her 2025 resolution is to try everything on Costco’s menu!
Based at the Nashville, Tennessee Hub, Elise supports Schneider Electric’s Indirect Procurement team as a Contract Analysis Intern, helping review supplier contracts to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and streamline processes. Her work strengthens vendor relationships and supports efficient procurement strategies.
Elise brings a sharp eye for detail and a spirit of adventure—whether she’s analyzing contract language or tackling her latest culinary challenge.

Pacey, Field Sales Engineering Intern (United States)

Working in New York City for the summer, Pacey is gaining real-world experience as a Field Sales Engineering Intern at Schneider Electric. Drew, Field Sales Engineer Intern (United States)

Based out of the Kansas City office, Drew is gaining hands-on experience as a Field Sales Engineer Intern with Schneider Electric’s Square D team. This summer, he’s supporting the Midwest region by engaging with customers, learning the ins and outs of sales engineering, and contributing to sustainable energy solutions.

She’s dedicated to creating a positive candidate experience and advancing early career development through campus engagement.

Griffin Winter
Human Resources Intern
Griffin Winter is the Human Resources Intern supporting both the Boston and Andover hubs. He is a rising junior at Tulane University, where he is studying Management and Marketing. In his role, Griffin acts as an HR business partner for local interns and contributes to various organizational projects that support the HR department and broader Schneider operations.

Yazan Al-Wazani
Talent Acquisition Intern
Yazan Al-Wazani is the Talent Acquisition Intern coming out of the RaleighHub! He is a rising senior at North Carolina State University, where he’s studying business administration and minoring in economics. As a TA intern, Yazan supports the Campus and Early Career Team, specifically intern engagement through the Summer Series Program, and assists the TA team in US-OPs in areas such as trend analysis, referral program development, guideline conversion, etc.
