Being named a 2025 Inclusive Channel Leader by CRN is an incredible honor—but this recognition is not mine alone. It’s a reflection of the inclusive culture we’ve built together at Schneider Electric. Leading with inclusion here isn’t a program or a checkbox—it’s a mindset, a movement, and a shared commitment.
“I’m honored to be recognized by CRN, but this isn’t just about me—it’s about the culture we’ve built at Schneider Electric, where inclusion isn’t an initiative, it’s a way of life.”
What inclusion looks like at Schneider Electric
At Schneider Electric, Inclusion and Care are foundational to how we operate. We’ve embedded equity into our systems and culture, ensuring that every employee feels seen, heard, and valued. Some of the initiatives I’m especially proud of include:
- Global Pay Equity Initiative, recognized by the World Economic Forum
- Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) like WiSE (Women in Schneider Electric), LGBT+ & Allies, Black Professionals, Veterans, and more
- Global Family Leave Policy 2.0, offering 20 weeks of paid parental leave
- Flexibility at Work, supporting diverse needs and life stages
As my colleague Natalja Kissina puts it:
“At Schneider, we’ve hardwired equity into our systems—from how we hire to how we promote. It’s not just policy—it’s our promise.”

Inclusive leadership in action
As a sponsor of our Black Professional ERN in the Northeast and our local partnership with City Year, I’m passionate about creating spaces where inclusion, education, and community come together.
One of the most meaningful initiatives we’ve built is an annual STEM Night during Black History Month at a local elementary school. In partnership with City Year and the ERN, we celebrate Black innovators—like the inventors of the traffic light and folding chair—through fun, hands-on activities with the kids. We also honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by helping students create vision boards to dream big about their futures.
It’s a joyful, impactful event that brings our values to life and leaves a lasting impression on everyone involved.
“Inclusive leadership means inviting every voice to the table—and making sure they’re heard.”
Voices of the future
One of the most inspiring signs of progress? Our most diverse intern cohort yet. These young professionals are choosing Schneider Electric not just for our innovation or sustainability mission—but because they know they can show up as their authentic selves.
“I chose Schneider because I want to change the world—and I know I can be myself while doing it.” — Intern, Schneider Electric
A movement, not a moment
To build on this momentum, we’re launching the “Have You Felt Schneider’s Inclusivity?” campaign. This initiative invites employees and partners to share their stories of inclusion—on social media, in meetings, and across our networks.
“Let’s turn this recognition into a movement. Share your story. Tag a colleague. Let’s show the world what inclusion feels like.”
