Episode 7 #Menopause
We are back with an episode of some very hot topics.
Listen in as we catch up with Maeve, our pet wrangling, sports fanatic colleague who shares her inspiring journey through #menopause.
Maeve opens up about her own personal journey to give us an insight into the impacts of menopause and ensures us all that it’s definitely survivable.
Not only that, but we’ll also provide some key tips to support you around the rising cost of living, especially those ever-increasing electricity bills. If you’ve never heard of vampire devices – don’t worry, we got you.
Rob steps up as quiz master this episode – perhaps trying to avoid his continuous losing streak? Who knows! Come and join us for another great episode.
