We were excited to share roadmap presentations announcing current and planned software updates. In the Monday afternoon session, Avantis customers previewed the new Avantis.PRO 6.0, which will be released in 2016. See a video about the progression of Avantis over the years here. Avantis PRiSM updates included a new internal alert management workflow, asset health ranking for better maintenance prioritization, and case management for capturing open issues, tracking results and easily communicating findings.

The Wonderware eDNA track highlighted symmetric redundancy updates for replicating data between redundant nodes and HTML 5 for eDNA Web, enabling display on mobile devices and non-Windows desktops. Wonderware EBS discussed the new Budget Module that allows greater flexibility when tracking, reporting and budgeting utility cost and consumption data at the building or commodity level.

During the general session on Tuesday, Dr. Ravi Gopinath, Executive Vice President of the Software Business, confirmed the company’s commitment to its customers through continued growth and focus on technology leadership, operational excellence and specialized industry solutions.
