Victor Gasulla is a Global Offer Manager for Drives Services with nearly 25 years of international experience in industrial automation, motion systems, and lifecycle service management. His career spans leading manufacturers and multinational environments across Europe and Latin America and Asia, covering engineering, technical sales, portfolio development, service design, and digital transformation.

In his current role, Victor drives global initiatives around modernization, life-extension strategies, data-enabled services, and serviceability improvements for the Drives portfolio. He works across engineering, marketing, operations, and partner ecosystems to build scalable, sustainable, customer-centric service offers that deliver real value in the field.

Before this role, he held key positions at companies such as Yaskawa, Bobst, Bonfiglioli, and Baumer, in addition to an earlier chapter at Schneider Electric Brazil. This blend of hands-on technical grounding and business-oriented leadership allows him to move fluently between engineers, sales teams, and executives — explaining complex ideas in simple, precise ways without losing depth.

Outside work, Victor is passionate about technology, retro-gaming, and DIY projects involving electronics, networks, and automation.
