Sylvain Thomas is an industrial automation and business leader with more than 20 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and global team leadership. Throughout his career at Schneider Electric, a world leader in energy management and automation, he has held a variety of leadership roles, including Production and Quality Manager, Business Development Leader, PLC Launch Director, Industry Marketing Director for the U.S., and IIoT Offer Marketing Director.
Today, Sylvain leads Schneider Electric’s global business with System Integrator partners, working closely with strategic partners worldwide to accelerate digital transformation and deliver customer value through automation and software solutions.
His broad experience across operations, product management, marketing, and business development has given him a strong understanding of industrial ecosystems and the challenges facing manufacturers in an increasingly connected world.
Sylvain holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management. Having lived and worked in Australia, France, and the United States, he brings a global perspective and a passion for building high-performing, multicultural teams. He is currently based in Boston, Massachusetts, with his wife and three children.
