As SVP Global Customer Experience, Saulo is working to enable a more personalized customer experience throughout their entire journey. Currently he is running global initiatives such E2E Traceability, eCommerce fulfilment, Reliability, VIP end users and partners and personalized supply chain capabilities to distinct go-to-markets. Saulo is a member of the global supply chain leadership team.

Previous to this, I led Schneider Electric business as country president in Asia, Europe and most recently in South America. As country/regional leader, I have a proven track record of deliver financial goals (P&L, cash generation), leading transformation such business-models shit and digitization of our portfolio and partner engagement, building talent pipeline, enhancing a truly customer-centric and disciplined-execution culture. 

I am truly a global citizen, have lived in Brazil, Romania, Singapore, Colombia and moving to Paris soon. Multi-cultural awareness, empathy, adaptability, and robust business acumen in B2B market enable me to perform in both lead global and local roles. I believe in purposeful leadership, accountability, empowerment and disciplined execution. 

On my personal time I am a marathon runner (10x), a triathlete and an avid reader and traveler.
