Robin Affre has a master’s degree in electrical and automation engineering and specified in new energy technologies and market, he has been immersed in the field of hydrogen for the past 5 years. His journey began with fundamental research in hydrogen generation at a French university, followed by two years as a PPA consultant, where he guided hydrogen developers and renewable asset owners in signing power purchase agreements (PPAs). Robin then joined Schneider Electric as a sub-segment manager for power-to-X within the process automation division. In this role, he supports developers and stakeholders in their quest to establish green and competitive power-to-X plants. Beyond his professional endeavors, Robin is a passionate advocate for decarbonization and actively contributes to the energy transition movement through systemic approaches and global collaboration.
