With over a decade at Schneider Electric, Pauline Blot Georges has built a diverse and international career within the Energy Management and Power Services businesses. She has held various roles across marketing, strategic account management, and offer management at the European level, developing a strong foundation in commercial strategy and customer engagement.
Pauline later expanded her international experience in Canada, where she spent three impactful years leading both inside and outside sales teams for Secure Power Services. This experience significantly strengthened her leadership capabilities and broadened her global perspective.
Now based in France, Pauline has taken on a global leadership role within the Transportation segment. She currently serves as Airports Business Director and Mobility Regional Segment Leader for Europe, where she drives the development of the airport business globally while coordinating strategic initiatives across the region.
Pauline’s work focuses on market strategy, value proposition development, and close collaboration with key airport operators, partners, and internal stakeholders. She has developed strong expertise in the airport ecosystem, with a particular focus on digital transformation, electrification, resilience, and decarbonization of airport operations—supporting airports in addressing major industry challenges such as traffic growth, sustainability targets, and infrastructure modernization.
She also actively contributes to shaping Schneider Electric’s long-term vision for airports through strategic planning, innovation initiatives, and global thought leadership on smart and sustainable airport infrastructures.
