Pape Ndaw is the Senior Vice President of North America for Schneider Electric’s Home and Distribution Business. This division is focused on bringing reliable, efficient, and intuitive technologies to enhance the living spaces and the lifestyles of their occupants. The division offers a broad portfolio of residential and small business products that give their owners safety, convenience, and a competitive edge. In his role, Pape focuses on bringing innovation and differentiation to their portfolio of products, developing new solutions that address current and future market trends, developing commercial and technology partnerships, and establishing new services while exploring new channels. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Pape was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Automotive business of TE Connectivity in the Americas region.
Pape holds a masters in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from HEC Paris and he also completed the General Management Program (GMP) at Harvard Business School. He lives in Dallas with his wife and two children.
