With more than 20 years of experience within energy management and industrial automation, Hughes’ leadership at Schneider Electric has been marked by a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and addressing the complexities of the modern energy landscape. In 2023 he took over as Zone President for the Nordic Baltic Zone and currently lives in Stockholm, Sweden.
