As the US OEM Segment Leader, Michael drives business development and guides the Solution Architect Engineering team supporting mission‑critical OEM sectors—most notably data center cooling, HVACR, pump, compressor. He partners closely with OEMs, engineering firms, and strategic customers to develop and deploy advanced cooling solutions that meet the evolving demands of high‑density data centers. Michael focuses on enabling energy‑efficient thermal management, improving system reliability, and accelerating adoption of innovative cooling technologies across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise environments. In his role, Michael also leads segment strategy and growth initiatives for OEM partners with a focus on data center cooling and mission‑critical thermal applications to align engineering, commercial, and product teams to help customers design optimized mechanical and thermal solutions. He builds strong, trust‑based relationships with key decision‑makers to influence specifications and long‑term technology roadmaps. In addition, Michael helps to Identify new market opportunities and collaborate cross‑functionally to accelerate adoption of HVACR and cooling‑focused OEM solutions.
