Melton most recently served as SVP, Medium Voltage Line of Business at Schneider Electric. In this role as a global LoB leader, he was responsible for the overall business strategy and innovation. Previously, he worked as VP of Schneider Electric, the head of Digital Energy Business China. He was in charge of the overall China P&L and leading the planning and strategic transformation of Digital Energy business. Melton joined Schneider Electric in 2007 and has held roles in North America, Taiwan, Shanghai, and France. He has extensive experience in driving organizational and strategic development, connecting the dots between R&D and marketing to drive profitable growth for the business.
