Matteo Crespi is Senior Vice President of Power Products Europe. In this role, he leads the Power Products Europe Hub, with a critical mission to protect and grow the core low-voltage electrical distribution business while continuing to drive innovation.
Over his 14+ years at Schneider Electric, Matteo has held several key leadership positions. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Product Marketing for Power Products Europe & International, leading offer development, management, and business development across a wide range of applications, from data centers and healthcare to distribution and motor control switchboards. Prior to this position he held positions in Services, Sales, and Product Marketing.
Matteo has an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy. This combination of engineering expertise and business education continues to guide his leadership, linking technical excellence with strategic growth. He's passionate about technology, developing talents, and change management.
In his personal time, he enjoys swimming, reading modern classics, and cooking.
