Ludovic Debuchy brings over 20 years of services experience across multiple industrial segments. After early roles in training, consulting, and installation, he joined Schneider Electric in France in 2005, where he helped accelerate the company’s transformation toward Services within the Industry Business Unit—first as Regional Head of Service Development, then as Solutions & Services Program Manager leading cross BU initiatives.

In 2013, within the Energy Business Unit, he expanded his scope internationally to reinforce a “glo cal” approach to services, supporting Europe and Africa before taking on global responsibility for service development with major Strategic Accounts in the Food & Beverage and Utilities sectors.

In 2018, Ludovic moved to Schneider Electric Canada as Marketing Director, later becoming Marketing & Commercial Operations Director for Services across Energy, Power Secure, and Industry, where he helped break down silos and contributed to double digit growth.

In 2022, driven by his commitment to sustainability, he joined a new global team dedicated to circularity. He pioneered Schneider Electric’s first global end of use takeback capability—the “Takeback Machine”—and in 2025 began integrating it natively into core service models while expanding it across multiple geographies.

Ludovic holds an Engineering degree and an MBA from EDHEC Business School.
