Juan Manuel Pardal is an engineer with 40 years of experience in the automation business in different industries, and more than 15 years in Mining, Minerals and Metals plants Automation and Analytics projects, mainly in Chile and Peru. He is currently leading a Global Metals Initiative aims to help companies accelerate digital transformation, adopt new technologies to improve asset efficiency and remain competitive, and comply with new sustainability mandates to reduce carbon footprint. He is always considering People and Corporate Culture as critical points of interest for successful project implementation.
