Mr. Pettine is the Director Business Development for new Schneider Datacenter Solutions Group. He spent the past twelve years focused on the national datacenter market. He served CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest real estate service organization in the Technology Practice Group; regularly meeting with and touring providers in the hottest datacenter markets in the country; including NorCal, Central Washington, Northern VA, the tri-state area and Texas. Prior to CBRE he executed DCI Technologies acquisition and flip of $200MM worth of enterprise level datacenters that became stranded after the Dot Com build up.

Mr. Pettine was a founder and Vice president of Endur Inc. which designed and developed enterprise computing campuses before it was acquired by a F-100 corporation. The past four years has been focused on design and construction of datacenter upgrades and Greenfield development for the colocation and enterprise markets.
