Following a 3 year PhD in collaboration with Mines ParisTech and Schneider Electric’s Drives team, Francois Malrait joined the company in 2000. He participated in soft-starter and drives projects as a Motor Control specialist, and Embedded Software designer, publishing technical academic papers, and submitting more than thirty patent application files. Since 2008 he has been recognized Edison expert in Schneider Electric’s internal expertise recognition program. From 2010 to 2019, he took on the position of Drive Technology Centre manager, focusing on Power Control, Motor Control and Application Control. From 2017 to 2019, he was Drives Technology Exploration Project Manager....
