Abdelmoniem Elganzoury is Vice President of Commercial and Marketing for the Low Voltage Business in Europe at Schneider Electric. With over 16 years of international experience, he has built a career at the intersection of strategy, execution, and people development, driving sustainable growth across diverse markets.
In his current role, Abdelmoniem leads initiatives to simplify offers, strengthen go-to-market strategies, and accelerate growth by leveraging innovation, digitization, and deep customer and segment insights. His focus is on enabling teams to deliver tailored solutions that create tangible value for customers and end users.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in strategy, marketing, and channel development across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, contributing to regional growth and digital transformation initiatives. A strong advocate for continuous improvement, he believes adaptability and collaboration are key to navigating change.
