Ericka Tavares is an Innovation Offer Manager for Secure Power at Schneider Electric. With a passion for creativity in communications, she develops and curates a wealth of content to support Schneider Electric’s global thought leadership. By using a human connection, she helps transform the technical from intimidating and complex to understandable and intriguing. She joined the team at Schneider Electric in 2017, after working as a communications pro and copywriter in advertising agencies, higher education, nonprofit, and foundation settings. She lives in Rhode Island with her family.
