As a senior human resources leader with broad global generalist career, across various sectors including IT/
Technology, Engineering & Service industries, I have proven experience in implementing HR strategies to
support the key business transformations aligned to the business plans.
In the past 16 years at Schneider Electric, I have been very fortunate to have some enriching career
opportunities around the globe. Originating from the Sydney/ Australian operations, I have worked and lived
around the world with the company. Being based in Dubai, Paris and Boston and now Hong Kong, I have
spent the last 9 years living outside of Australia.
This experience has enabled me to develop a strong affinity with actively supporting and driving diversity,
equity and inclusive work cultures. I am been able to immerse myself in different environments, always with a
strong lens for gender diversity. Specifically, I have been able to rebalance both my business and HR
leadership teams to role model the benefits of a diverse culture. With a continuous improvement mindset, I
look to adopt agile and innovative work practices aligned to the changing nature of work and digital
transformations. Together with a focus on well-being and work-life balance.
