Growing up in Istanbul, Turkey, Baris studied BSc Electrical Engineering in Turkey and continued his education with an MSc degree in the UK. Upon joining Schneider Electric in 2011 he took part in the Motion & Drives University class of 2012. It was a training program to develop experts in motion & drives field and during this period Baris completed training and hands on expertise in France, Austria and Germany.
