Amel Chadli is the Vice President for Strategy & Digital Energy for Schneider Electric, driving the implementation of the overall strategy across all lines of business of the company in the Middle East and Africa region. Amel is a member of Schneider Electric’s Middle East and Africa Executive Leadership Team. Amel also leads the sustainability area for the company; she is responsible for developing Schneider's sustainability strategy and activities to deliver social, economic, and environmental value.

Amel previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer in Francophone Africa Cluster and Nigeria. She was responsible for the financial ownership of the P&L, and successfully steered the company through a number of economic obstacles.

In her various roles, Amel has contributed significantly to Schneider Electric's growth in Africa over the past 16 years. Amel has worked in various geographies and cultures, and she’s able to move between cultures and create diverse, inclusive, and impactful teams.
