Interns bring fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and enthusiasm to our organization. This summer in North America we have our highest number of interns ever – over 1,000! In addition to their impactful day-to-day work, our interns in North America come together weekly over the summer to network and build community, gain exposure in the organization, and explore future opportunities together.

As Campus & Early Career Engagement Manager, I am fortunate to help attract high-caliber, diverse university-level talent to Schneider Electric, bridging connections between innovative students and a meaningful career at Schneider.
I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know many of our summer interns this year and am amazed at the impactful work and dedication they have brought to our teams. It’s truly inspiring to witness their fresh perspectives and innovative contributions, which have greatly enriched our work environment. I look forward to seeing their continued growth and success both within Schneider Electric and beyond.

Kathryn, Finance Intern (United States)
🎓: Double majoring in finance and Spanish
Fun fact: Kathryn loves to play tennis.
Kathryn is a Finance Intern under Secure Power. In her role, she has had the opportunity to learn and use various forecasting software, assist in developing financial statements, and enhance her understanding of corporate finance transactions. Kathryn finds her experience at Schneider Electric very rewarding, as she has gained valuable knowledge about finance and has been able to utilize her Spanish speaking skills to participate in international calls. She is grateful for the opportunity to intern at such a welcoming company.
Jimmy, Project Development Intern (United States)
🎓: Civil & environmental engineering major
Fun fact: Jimmy drove 1500 miles for this internship!
Jimmy is working with Project Development and Energy Engineering at Schneider Electric. He began his internship learning conservation and efficiency strategies with the energy engineering team in the public sector. Currently, he is learning about mechanical design and optimization, and he will finish his internship in a more client-based role with the project development team. Jimmy has thoroughly enjoyed his experience so far; the Schneider Electric culture is second to none, and he hopes to work here beyond this summer!
Ola, Global Marketing Intern (United States)
🎓: Pursuing her masters in information science
Fun fact: Ola collects pins from every country she visits.
Ola finds one of the coolest aspects of being a global marketing intern at Schneider Electric is the diversity within her team. She appreciates the collaborative and approachable atmosphere, as her team members come from various parts of the world, always willing to learn and support each other. In her role, Ola has been involved in redesigning the Secure Power team website, leveraging her background in Human-Computer Interaction and User Experience Design to enhance the presentation of content. She describes her internship as a fantastic journey of growth and discovery!
Jenna, Digital Power Intern (United States)
🎓: Majored in computer engineering and minored in biomedical engineering, business, and humanitarian engineering. Next year, she will pursue a masters in sociotechnical systems and sustainability transitions.
Fun fact: Jenna has traveled to 8 countries since January.
Throughout her internship, Jenna has observed Schneider’s dedication to helping every employee reach their full potential through tailored trainings, support groups, and opportunities for advancement aligned with their individual goals and values, all while promoting a healthy work-life balance. During her tenure at Schneider, Jenna has acquired valuable knowledge and skills from the digital power team and has participated in training programs to enhance her expertise in sustainability, a subject she is deeply passionate about. She appreciates Schneider’s commitment to ensuring Life Is On for both its employees and clients through their work and support, and she feels privileged to witness this firsthand.
Nish, Secure Power Sales Enablement Intern (United States)
🎓: Pursuing her MBA with a major in global business.
Fun fact: Nish has a superpower of being able to strike up an engaging conversation with literally anyone, anywhere in the world. Put her in a room full of strangers, and she’ll make sure to have a delightful chat by the end of it. She also admits that she’s terrible at gift wrapping!
At SE, she has honed her networking skills, gained invaluable insights, and navigated successfully not only in the Secure Power division but also in other business units while engaging IMPACT values. This experience has sharpened her professional abilities, allowing her to engage in cross-functional collaboration, foster innovation and sustainability, and demonstrate adaptability and technological curiosity. The valuable connections she has made there will undoubtedly shape her future career path holistically.
Hodan, Safety, Health & Environmental Intern (United States)
🎓: Majoring in economics and a concentration in data science
Fun fact: Hodan spent ending three amazing months in Istanbul, Turkey on her first international trip.
Hodan has been working as a Safety, Health & Environmental Intern for nearly a year. When reflecting on her time at Schneider Electric, she emphasized how much the company values making everyone feel at ease and supporting them in becoming the best version of themselves. She notes that leaders and managers are always willing to connect interns with the information and opportunities they need. As an intern with an interest in environmental economics, she has had the chance to meet professionals and learn about various roles in the environment and sustainable development. She encourages fellow interns to ask questions and explore, as she believes that Schneider Electric provides everything they need to succeed.
Rishab, Quality Engineering Intern – Global Supply Chain (United States)
🎓: Currently pursuing a masters in engineering management
Fun fact: An interesting tidbit about Rishab is his ardent devotion to Formula 1, particularly his unwavering support for Ferrari.
Rishab’s experience at Schneider Electric has been exceptionally rewarding. In addition to gaining valuable insights in his current role, he has actively broadened his professional network by engaging with colleagues across various departments via teams. Rishab appreciates the responsiveness and willingness to assist displayed by everyone at Schneider, regardless of their role or position.
Kerri, Marketing & Communication Co-Op student (Canada)
🎓: Majoring in communication and minoring in print & digital publishing
As a Marketing & Communication Co-Op student for the Schneider Electric Solar Division in Canada, Kerri is tasked with the strategic planning and creation of compelling social media content for Schneider Electric Solar & Storage, spanning platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. Throughout her tenure at Schneider Electric, she has honed her project management skills through the development and scheduling of weekly social media content, and has delved into the realm of social media analytics, augmenting her marketing proficiencies. Collaboration with seasoned professionals has afforded her valuable insights into the newly launched Schneider Home products. Additionally, her immersion in the solar and sustainable energy sectors has enriched her comprehension of the crucial role of renewable energy in addressing global energy challenges.
Krupa, Human Resources Intern (Canada)
🎓: Pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration Co-op degree with a major in human resources management
Fun fact: She grew up in Oman, a beautiful country in the Middle East.
Krupa is a Human Resources Intern, supporting the North America Operations – HR Business Partners team on various projects. Working as an HR Intern at Schneider Electric has been an enriching experience. In a short span of time, she has had the opportunity to delve into various aspects of HR including employee engagement and wellbeing, performance management, compliance and policy management, as well as employee relations. What has really stood out to her is that since her first day, she has been empowered by her manager and team members to take the lead on various projects as well as share her ideas and opinions. Recognition and appreciation received from her colleagues continues to motivate her every day to achieve excellence in all that she does.
Jaspal, Finance Intern (Canada)

Fun fact: Jaspal has a passion for rock climbing.
As a finance intern, Jaspal supports the Canada Finance team through major projects. During his time at Schneider Electric, Jaspal has found great fulfillment in the meaningful nature of his work and its impact on the company. Jaspal has experienced substantial professional growth, crediting the support extended by his manager and fellow members of the finance team as instrumental in his development.
Emanuel, Supply Chain Planning Intern (Mexico)

Fun fact: Emanuel loves sports and peanut butter.
Emanuel works with Import Operations across America at Schneider Electric. Emanuel has had an incredible internship experience, citing numerous amazing experiences and being particularly grateful for the opportunities for growth, development, and exposure provided. He values the empowerment received to push himself and fulfill his potential, and he appreciates being part of a company that inspires greatness with the best people. Dariel, Communications and Training Intern (Mexico)

Dariel’s role at Schneider Electric has empowered him to strategically develop and deliver impactful projects through effective collaboration. Through participation in several initiatives, he has actively expanded his soft skills and become a more well-rounded professional. One of his most rewarding experiences has been collaborating with his team to bring innovative ideas to life.
Melanie, Digitalization Intern (Mexico)
🎓: Majoring in computer science
Fun fact: Melanie owns a panda-themed version of almost everything she uses daily.
As a Digitalization Intern, Melanie has gained insights into the critical importance of teamwork and effective communication. Her experience as a digitalization intern has demonstrated the value of collaboration with diverse teams, leading to innovative solutions and smooth project execution through the pooling of skills and ideas.
