With experience in Sales and Internal Communication, Denise Lana Molina accepted, in 2011, the challenge to create in Brazil Schneider Electric's first department of Sustainable Development outside of France. In 3 years, she developed programs and alliances that led to the training of 15,000 people at the bottom of the social pyramid in basic electricity and also created the first initiative of electrification for isolated regions in South America.
