Ziad Youssef joined Schneider Electric in 2011 to develop the Enterprise Business for Secure Power across Middle East & Africa.
 
In 2014, Ziad was extended the responsibility to consolidate the company’s strategic position across Gulf Countries as Business Vice President for Secure Power and in 2018 the responsibility was extended further to lead Middle East & Africa.
 
These moves involved building a better planning, strategy execution and ensuring sustainable growth across all lines of businesses from Transactional, Systems & Services.

The role involves building a comprehensive Strategy for Schneider Electric’s Data Center Infrastructure Management software solutions, restructure the organization with the adequate competency level, go to market strategy and Offer development.
 
Schneider Electric being a leader in Energy Management Solutions, Ziad’s priority is to work closer with Clients into identifying their needs, gaps, and future plans in order to provide them efficient, sustainable and agile Solutions as a response to the increasing demand of robust & efficient infrastructure Solutions.

Ziad started his career in the IT Industry where he held multiple responsibilities with regional companies across Middle East and Africa developing Distribution Value Add business model, Channel Go to Market Strategy, Software Services and Solution Selling across the IT Stack.
 
Ziad holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising, and currently resides in Dubai with his family, having moved to United Arab Emirates in 2004.
